A Scientist check vs. 6/6 must be made to locate precisely where the beam will strike. Once saturated with the beam energies, the target is immediately transported to Rann. After 18 AP's of time, the effects wear off and the target is immediately transported back to their original location.

Ed's Notes: The quintessential "Spaceman Spiff" type. Not sure how I'd work him into the kinds of campaign's I'D run (JLA, Titans, etc...) but just a cool, old-school sci-fi type archetype. The spaceman with the jet pack and the laser pistol. Classic.
