Ed's Notes: This character is just too stupidly overpowered for any player to use and be challenged with. They way he is written he is FAR more powerful than even Superman: Dispersed and using Energy Blast, he'd have an AV/EV of 20/20 and an OV/RV of 23/28. (Superman's corresponding values are 15/25, 15/18.) And then there's his Growth, his Gravity Powers, Regeneration potentially every phase. Plus he has NO weaknesses, as Superman does. This is a good NPC for creating any HARD, DO-NOT-CROSS Lines, but I HATE letting him be used as a PC. And I generally won't allow it. Just too over-powered.
