Ed's Notes:  This is a very odd choice for a hero, or even anti-hero. So bravo to DC for creating such a unique character, even if he was wasted on an obscure team that no one really cared about. Lol. Because given his Power, power level and Appearance, he's really designed to be a villain, and he's often mistaken for one.  But he'd pretty much be just a throwaway villain of the week (probably for Batman) if they'd used him that way.  3rd Edition adds the Mistrust and Minor Irrational Attraction to smoking Drawbacks. 2nd Edition rated his Wealth at 3. Also, the comics don't seem to make him speak in rhyme anymore.
