WHY?!  WTF is the point of stating this guy OUT?!  Has anyone in the history of Mayfair Games ever actually PLAYED him?!  The 2nd Edition BG/R Book was missing SINESTRO, FFS! And they bothered to include Anthro the fucking Cave Boy?!  OK, enough hate. If you're doing some time travel, or fighting dinosaurs (an activity better suited to Dungeons and Dragons, than DCH, I might ad) then I guess he's a good old fashioned Caveman for you. Lol. Wow. (Did he exists when the Dinosaurs did, or does DC follow the actual history on that?) (Never mind... Here's a T-Rex!)
