Ed's Notes:  OK, so I take back what I said in the Arion post: There's a villain stat'ed out.  The Who's Who (and teh ADCU) had his named spelled "Garn Danuuth," which I believe is incorrect. I believe I have it correct above.

2nd Edition rates every single on of his attributes except Mind 1 AP higher. It omits the Animal Handling Skill, Rate Martial Artist at 7 and Weaponry at 8. Finally, energy stored in the Power Reserve would only last for 5 AP's.
