Ed's Notes: Ok, so... It's appears PAINFULLY obvious, for the picture alone, that Mayfair missed the boat on several aspects of this character.  Writeups.org has an entry for the character, much of which I would say is superseded by the published material above, but which does include some interesting suggestion for the Rags themsleves, the "Ragman's Tatters."  I'm not going to include it here until I've had a chance to research further - both to understand the new powers they cite, and on the character itself, so that I can find a way to simplify it down to the essentials and fit it within DCH, 3rd Ed. Because... Damn. Their entry for the Ragman's Tatters alone is longer than my entire entry for Batman, including all equipment. It's just TOO MUCH. Too detailed, to the point of being unmanageable in game-play.  And don't get me wrong - I'm glad it's there, and they've done some really detailed work.  But it's just too much information.  I want to try and pair it down a bit before including it here or incorporating into my own game.  BUT... I invite to go check it out, see how much is missing in the 2nd edition version of teh character! Lol

BTW... The Batman RPG leaves off his Acrobatics Skill and his Are Knowledge Advantage.
