Ed's Notes: A terrorist who targeted the 1939-'40 World's fair with the goal of killing the King and Queen of England while they were in attendance, and "haunting" the Fair itself. At one point he used his Gadgetry Skill to turn Elektro, a G.E. demonstration robot into a raging killer. Not much is known about him, hence the "?'s," which appear in the WaW Sourcebook.
