Ed's Notes: This could be a really fun fish-out-of-water character to play, especially in a campaign where using the the sword would be killing combat outside of trick shots. (Or using the flat, which would be the equivalent of "Pulling your punch" and gives the target +1 CS to their RV.  Plus... Flying Horse? Hoe cool is THAT?!
