BTW... Why do none of these guys have Advantage: Connection: Watchmen(High)?
I also feel like there should be a Drawbacks regarding his Precognition (and Recall) due to how he perceives time. Basically he can't use it to alter the future because, the him, the past, present and future are all happening simultaneously.
First Appearance: Watchmen #1 (September, 1986) |
I'm curious why Doc wasn't given at a few points,at least, of Dispersal. He walks through solid objects regularly. Unless a subfunction of Matter Manipulation allows this, and I have forgotten.
ReplyDeleteI cannot imagine he'd waste HP on omnipower to simulate dispersal THAT regularly.
ReplyDeleteI think they dont have Watchmen(High) because, when the comics happened, the watchmen were all retired.
