Ed's Notes: Even though the most famous member is part of the LoS, which I'm not doing at the moment, I'm putting this entry in, in case anyone wants to play one, or a GM wants  use one. They're more of less HUMAN, but have amazing powers of Precognition. (Remember: 8 is typical.) Banned from all the best Casinos in the Galaxy, not to mention the Galactic Stock Exchange, an NPC like this can be a great tool for a lazy (or desperate) GM who needs to place someone somewhere or twart something, but can't think of a good explanation as to why. Likewise, it can be mindbogglingly difficult to run a campaign with a PC like this in play, as they can abuse their powers and twart any and all surprises. (OTOH... it would be a nice way to keep the plot moving!) The problem is, of course, that the question, "Why didn't I foresee that?" Needs to have an answer. Which is why I HATE characters like this! Lol
