Ed's Notes: Wait... what? What? WHAT?! WHAT??!?!?!! ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?! HE HAS THE POWER TO CHANGE THE COLOR OF THINGS?!?!!! WORST. ANYTHING. EVER!!!
And what does he mean, "Responsibility of Power?!" With GREAT power comes great responsibility. With THIS power? Comes 10% of a gallon paint at Home Depot and a free bottle of Tide! Should be "Responsibility of Sucking, SO HARD!"
2nd Edition Bumps him up physically, giving him a Dex: 4. Lol. Oh, and includes: Advantage: Connection: Anti-Earthgov Resistance (High)

Shouldn't he have the Color power?
ReplyDeleteI don't think DCH has that. Is it from BoH?
DeleteIt's a Silver Age power. It's great if you have to worry about what color kryptonite you are dealing with, whether your powers are neutralized by yellow (Green Lanterns), or red-hued sunlight. And unlike Illusion, it's permanent. Still - not a big league power by any stretch.
ReplyDeleteGood point on the green lantern rings... Would it actually CHANGE the properties of the Kyptonite though? That's wild! Lol
DeleteYep. Changes the color and the chemical properties associated.
ReplyDeleteSo it's not totally lame. Just mostly lame. Though he can be effective for camouflage or creating a darkness field by changing the "color" of air.
In the hands of a creative character, and against a GM that hasn't thought him through all that much... yeah, I could see him becoming an annoying nightmare, especially in a low/street-powered game.
