Description: This Power allows a Character to see at night or in the dark just as if it were daylight. This effect is created through to intensification of existing luminary sources (radio waves, electrical impulses, etc.) A Characters can use Ultra Vision to spot Invisible object (see Invisibility.)

Ed's Notes: The AV/EV's of an attempt to spot an Character using Invisibility are equal to the AP's of the X-Ray Vision Power, against OV/RV's equal to the AP's of the Invisibility Power. Positive RAP's indicate that the invisible Character is located.
Likewise, the AV/EV's of an attempt to attempt to see through the use of the Darkness Power are equal to the AP's of the Ultra Vision, against OV/RV's equal to the AP's of the Darkness Power. It is not made clear in the Rulebook what the result of such an attempt brings about. One interpretation could be that Positive RAP's indicate that the Character can now see normally, and in unaffected by the Darkness. Alternatively, RAP's could be used to merely reduce the AP's of Darkness affecting that character.
Oh... LOL... And while both the 2nd Edition Character Handbook and 3rd Edition Rulebook SAY that "Superman has this Power," HE DOES NOT. In NO edition of the game (I even checked 1st Edition!) does Superman have this Power!
