Ed's Notes: This version is beefed up from 2nd edition, but still nerfed from his Kid Flash days.  Basically Wally's Superspeed has bounced all around. (As has his Wealth!)  So 2nd edition could represent a Flash III experiencing some kind of Power failure.  Honestly, since I recognize Barry Allen as the Flash, I say play Kid Flash, and stick with the Titans.  He's just a better character and a better Flash. (And he becomes the BIG GUN of that group, where as this version would be an afterthought in the JLA.)

First Appearance: Crisis on Infinite Earths #12 (March, 1986)

  1. Barry is the flash. Gotcha not arguing that. However these stats completely fail to take into account where wally took things while he was filling in, dont you think?

    1. The game has so many entries (at least four in the 2nd & 3rd editions) on Wally, ranging from a Superspeed of 24 with a Dispersal of 12, and Dimension Travel of 8, (and Air Control) all the way down to a Superspeed of 10, and NO OTHER POWERS. (Not even Air Control.) And a 7/4/7 with a SS of 10? Puts him on BATMAN'S level, Physically speaking. Lol. This one was a middle-ground between all of them, AND was the 3rd Edition (latest) interpretation, so I went with it. I will post the two Kid Flash entries from the Titans Sourcebook soon, which are both HIGHER powered. (I'm almost done with the Apokolips Sourcebook.) And will probably ignore the much weaker 2nd Edition version (SS: 10) for some time yet. (Might get to it eventually. I just think it's kinda dopey so have THE FLASH be such a LOW powered hero!)

    2. Actually... I just found a FIFTH version of Wally West while writing up the two Kid Flash pages. One in the NT Sourcebook with a Superspeed of *8*. EIGHT!!! But... Also had a Force Field Power and LOT more Skills and Connections than the BG/R Book of the Who's Who included.

  2. Wally is for me THE FLASH. I grew up with him (and with the rest of the original Titans). At this point of his career, he only were beginning to recover his full glory. Not even Mark Waid had began to tell his stories. The current version (Waid and Johns Wally) is too much powerful... But without an oficial mayfair product we can not know his oficial stats. They are out there very interesting write-ups of the caracter at that point.

  4. CBR has published a page ranking every Flash from slowest to fastest, to help get an accurate measure of what stats should go with each Flash.

Jay Garrick was the slowest, so, I think his speed should start the Flash speed line at 14.

    Wally West II at 20.

    Bart Allen at 21

    Jess Chambers at 22.

    Avery Ho at 23.

    John Fox at 24

    Reverse-Flash at 25.

    Barry Allen at 25.

    Wally West I at 26.
