ROBOTIC BODY [Dex: 7, Str: 9, Body: 12, R#: 3]

Source: Who's Who 3rd Edition; Justice League Sourcebook, page 24-25

Ed's Notes: Much like with Firestorm, I think THIS version of the character is just too stupidly over-powered to be any challenge (or fun) to play as a PC.  Where as Firestorm's Dispersal gave him NEAR invulnerability to physical attack, while not affecting his best attack powers, Red's Self-Link Spirit Travel gives him ACTUAL, COMPLETE immunity to physical attacks, while maintaining an attacked power rated at 19.  IMHO, this make a very good NPC, and even then he's a sledge-hammer.

Note: The Who's Who omitted entry  his Dimension Travel power, which was in the JL Sourcebook, but still listed the limitation on it.  I assume that was an error in the Who's Who, and so I've included it here.  The JL Sourcebook miscalculates his initiative as 29/24.  I've listed the correct value here.
