Skills:

Bonuses: Dimension Travel can be used to pull the victim into the Spectre's being. (see below)

Limitations: Power Restrictions: Dimension travel can only be used for travel to the Realm of the Just Dead and the Afterworlds, and Spectre must have access to a fresh corpse to use the power. Mind Probe only allows Spectre to divine the target's future intentions, and whether he is good or evil, unless Spectre actually "enters" the target's mind. (see below)

Advantages: Connection: Earth's Mystical Community (High), The Phantom Stranger (High)

Drawbacks: Catastrophic Irrational Attraction to punishing murderers; Strange Appearance

Alter Ego: James Corrigan

Motivation: Seeking Justice
Occupation: Avenging Spirit
Wealth: (5, Jim Corrigan's)

Special:
Inside the Spectre: The Spectre can pull people into his being, where the laws of reality are subject to his will.  This is resolved as a banishment attack.  Once inside, his Sorcery is rated at 20 AP, and he can spend Hero Points to increase his RV against any mystical bashing damage from it's use at this level.

Plumbing the Depths of Evil: Using Mind Probe, Spectre can enter the target's mind. This attempt require 1 RAP, using MP/MP vs. Int/Mind. Inside the victims Mind, the Spectre is slightly vulnerable: The victims gains the Sorcery Power linked to their Aura, to use against the Spectre while he's inside them. The Spectre maintains all of his normal powers and attributes,  but all Dice Actions are considered Strenuous, and have a +3 CS penalty to the OV/RV. To gain the information he seeks, Spectre must remain in the target's mind for a number of phases equal to the original attempt's RAP's, suffering attacks from the victim the whole time. If he exits early, he does not find the information he seeks.
