Ed's Notes: So... This guy takes drugs to be a Superhero, but is NOT the addict his Father was. I'm... Not sure if that's better or worse.  2nd Edition gives him an Int of 5, Initiative of 16, no Martial Artist Skill, and Miraclo Tabs that were stronger (Str: 9).  But 3rd Edition Hourman's Miraclo Pills grant Str: 8, and the Tabs are supposed to be only half as strong, and thus not addictive. So this makes sense, even though the character is weaker.
