Mayfair DC Heroes Character Database: Badass Normals

One thing that DC does a really good job, IMHO, especially as compared to Marvel is that they have a LOT of badass normals kicking around. Folks with no superpowers, beyond perhaps Charles Atlas training, that can walk alongside Superman and Green Lantern and still appear (and actually BE) useful. These charterers may have gadgets, but even without them are among the best hand-to-hand fighters in the world. This is a list of such characters:

Welcome to the Mayfair Games DC Heroes RPG online Character Database!

This is a older game, long out of print, but I was a huge fan of it (obviously) and would love to get a group back together at some point. In the meantime, I hope you find this resource to be both useful and enjoyable.

The information contained herein comes primarily from the second and third editions of the game, although if a character exists only in the (pre-Crisis) 1st edition, and I feel that their stats can be reasonably used and be a good fit with the later (post-Crisis) editions, I may include them as well, for completeness sake. Eventually all entries will include links to previously published versions of the character, and ALL character information on any given page will be cited back to the published source material. Links between the characters, their Connections, Teams, Bases of Operation, etc... will be included as often as possible - which should make this more interesting.

I may also include some notes with some of the entries, explaining how I might change the character in my campaigns - Handling connections differently (because I interpret the JLA and JLI my own way, and don't even recognize the JLE, for example), adding skills (how does Bat-Girl have a Batarang, but not the Weaponry skill?!) And in some cases just some general thoughts. (Likes/dislikes, head-scratchers, etc...)

I also think there should be a discussion, if people are interested in having one. So please leave comments, but also bear in mind that this is meant to be a FUN place for people with a shared interest and hobby. So, PLEASE, stay on topic and DON'T BE A DICK! ;)
