Ed's Notes: Love this guy.  The Boba Fett of the DCU.  BTW... Will his weapons work when he's dispersed? Seems like they shouldn't.

  1. As far as him using his weapons when dispersed goes, I don't remember him being able to do it. He would partially solidify to use them. A couple of things they didn't cover in his write up were the big Knife he carries (it was Cadmium Knife in the Starman comic designed to be able to penetrate Starman's skin), and his helmet's Radio Communications

    1. I really wish the game would have included a general Physical EV, AP for AP penalty when using Disperal. It lowers STRENGTH, but I feel like it should reduce ALL physical attacks, including weapons, when Dispersed.
