Ed's Notes: I have to admit... When I first started this entry, I was like... LAME! BUT... but... 16 AP Omni-Traps?! A Thief of 16 when it comes to opening SAFES?!  Holy shit. In spite of the goofy costume, this guy is GOOD. Damn.

And with regards to the goofy costume... I tried to pick a picture in the original style where he at least looked... creepy. Because most of the time he just looks like an ordinary guy in a goofy costume. But in this one.... There's kind of an uncanny valley / creepy doll-manenquin thing going on.  Because NOWADAYS he looks like this:



Somehow I don't see that ghoulish zombie having a Gadgetry and Scientist Skills of 12 & 10.  Maybe he still does, who knows. But the classic look seems to fit the 3rd Edition entry better, IMHO.
