Ed's Notes: This is a completely different version of the Character from what was presented in the 3rd Edition.  HUGELY nerfed, but arguably a lot easier to get one's head around and actually play and/or run in a campaign. Compared to 3rd Edition, he's actually kind of lame and one-dimensional, but THIS IS the version that was associated with the Suicide Squad, in any case.
