Ed's Notes: I see... a string of weird BEHEADINGS in Metropolis that needs investigating... Actually, must remember to introduce some really important-feeling Businessman, Scientist and... Dragon Lady (whatever THAT is) characters much earlier in the campaign, so that their deaths feel significant and the reveal all the more shocking.
