Ed's Notes: My friend, Christian, once said, "...and Shrinking is a stupid Power!" Yeah, I'll be honest, I don't remember the context of that statement. Lol. AND, I Submit that Ant-Man and Ant-Man and the Wasp showed otherwise. HOWEVER, as a point of reference, 7 AP's of Shrinking is right between mouse and small bird. (Maybe an old He-Man sized Action Figure?) So... Yes, that's small. But that's not "you can fly / quantum realm / virtually disappear / can't possibly see him coming" small. That's just "I can just step on you" small. And honestly, from what I've seen of the comics, I think he still may be over-powered. But, in any case, I can see a mouse. Sure... Could be hard to step on... But of all the Golden Age Metas, I'll still stake my chances with this one.
(And if you're wondering... OV of 13 against Physical Attacks and a 7/7 OV/RV for the Perception Check needed to see him coming. So... Yeah, not totally useless. Could be pretty cool... But the second Atom? Had 16 AP's of Shrinking, plus other powers. Just sayin'.)
