Ed's Notes: Holy shit! For a Goldlen Age Villain, this guy is downright fuckin' terrifying! Imagine being someone on the order of Wildcat or Doctor Midnite and suddenly the mooks you were mopping the floor with a minute ago, turn into god-damned shadow creatures! And, OK, they can't really hurt you much, but make no mistake: they are getting away! And the man himself, with and OV/RV of 18/21, (potentially 18/28 vs. Magic) and an AV/EV of up to 20/20 can basically stand toe-to-toe with the GOLDEN AGE DOCTOR FATE. For anyone who's name doesn't rhyme with "Tim Morrigan" or "The Rector," this guy will present a SUBSTANTIAL challenge!
