Skills:
Acrobatics: 4
Charisma: 10
Vehicles: 10

Advantages:  Area Knowledge (Paradise Island), U.S. Armed Forces (Home Front/Low); Lightning Reflexes; Sharpe Eye

Drawbacks: Secret Identity; Loss Vulnerability: If her Bracelets are chained together by a man, her Str drops to 4 AP's until she is freed.

Alter Ego: Diana Prince

Motivation: Upholding the Good
Occupation: Nurse, Army Officer
Wealth: 5

Equipment:
BRACELETS [Body: 20]

Lasso of Truth [Str: 12, Body: 22, Control: 15] Limitation: Control can only be used to force a captured target tell the truth.

INVISIBLE AIRPLANE [Str 8, Body: 13, Invisibility: 10, Flight: 8, R#: 2]

Ed's Notes: Just as with Superman, she goes from this relatively weak form to a Silver Age Version of Str: 45 (!) back to just a slightly improved version of this entry in the Modern Age.  Still... THE INVISIBLE JET... eh... AIRPLANE! With... um... No guns. Or Weaponry. At all. And of course the most sexist Superhero weaknesses in Comic Book History. And... Not sure how to actually USE the character, but for reference's sake: Here you go!

Alter Ego: Clark Kent, Kal-El

Motivation: Upholding the Good
Occupation: Newspaper Reporter

Ed's Notes: Why was the Golden Age Superman so weak, while the SILVER Age one was ludicrously overpowered (Str: 50?! Body: 40?!) and then the Modern one is basically halfway in between? Not sure how this character can be USED in a Game, but here you go!

First Appearance: Action Comics #1 (June, 1938)

Grenades (x3) [Body: 6, Bomb: 8, R#: 2]

Source: World at War Sourcebook, page 97

affiliation(s): Boy Commandos

Ed's Notes: The Boy Commandos can be a fun little group, but the whole child soldier aspect could be challenging to handle appropriately. Because that's something that's usually associated with the bad guys. It's a war crime. So while these kids were clearly created to appeal to similarly aged readers and engage them, but... they're still child soldiers

Rip is the CO of this team, and arguably the worst aspect of the whole child soldier aspect of the team. I could do the whole Sergeant Rock speech for this guy, but... I'm sorry I'm just not feelin' it. This could be a really interesting guy to play, but I just can't get away from, "WTF were they thinking?!"

Ed's Notes: I've been watching the Flash recently, where this guy is WAAAAY overpowered, and is treated like Amazo, or Libra.  This version is NOT as cool as that one, but has just enough tricks up his... cap to be a huge pain in the ass.

Ed's Notes: While he fought for Japan in WWII, he earned the respect of many of the America Meta-Humans he encountered, due to his deep sense of honor.  He was not a bad man per se, just on the wrong side.  He started out in Axis Amerika, but left that group for this very reason.  Treat this sense of honor the way you would a Catastrophic Irrational attraction.

BTW... A SWORD with an EV: 10?!  Is it magical?!

foe of: Green Lantern
affiliation(s): Injustice Society of the World

Ed's Notes: While he's totally the definitive example of a goofy, Golden Age villain, he's not exactly a pushover in game terms, especially once on considers the Golden Age Green Lantern's weakness and what BASEBALL BATS are made of!  Skis shown in the picture above were not included in the WaW Sourcebook but it was noted that, "Each time he is encounters, Sportsmaster has access to new gimmicked sports equipment." He was a multi-sport professional (Baseball, Football, Track, Boxing...) before turning to a life of crime.

foe of: Flash

Ed's Notes: Probably not how he was depicted in the Golden Age, but I dig the pic above and the jack-the-ripper style interpretation it l;ends itself to. This guy's not a heavy hitter, but could be very effective as a support villain, as well as for setting the mood, if you want Victorian-era style creepy.
