Ed's Notes: Since he's the Crimson Avenger's Sidekick, I find it odd that he doesn't have:

Also, his name is "Wing?" What kind of name... Oh...

OK. More of the tragically campy racism of the 1940's in play as "Wing" is not just his sidekick but also his chauffeur (think Kato, Short Round...) He's drawn like a monkey, and speaks in mocking Asian accent.  So... Think about this now, because it's really quite an achievement... The heroes manage to look absurdly racist, even in an era where villains ran around with swastika's on their chests!
