Ed's Notes: Question about the ring... Who is "the wearer" when the Ring is at "a distance?" Also... How the fuck does "Telepathy: 8" range "ranging across half a galaxy?!" So... The ring has goofy stats. He can fly. After that... GM's discretion?
His entry treats the "Minor Psychological Instability" very specifically. After 1 day (15 AP's) of time in the Lab, he undergoes a Mental Attack of 15/15 . IF this attack earns 1 RAP or more, he becomes obsessed with the problem at hand and gains a Serious Irrational Attraction to solving the problem. Thereafter, the attack increases by 1 AP for each AP of Time that's passed. (16/16 after two days, 17/17 after four days, etc...) Once these cumulative RAP's exceed his Mind, he becomes temporarily insane. (And essentially an NPC.)
2nd Edition gives him on 80 Hero Points.
