Ed's Notes: OK, so enough Gotham Bat-Family stuff, time for a classic, Silver Age Green Lantern Villain as a change of pace! Also, the 1st Edition GL Sourcebook still has a ton of good stuff in it that I can bring over into 2nd/3rd Ed, so it's as good a time as any to get back to it!


This entry, as well as the one in Writeups, sticks almost exactly to the 1st Edition writeup. They complicated the Rod (of course) as they always do. I pared it down to just what they had in 1st Edition word-wise, but using 2nd/3rd Ed rules. The only things I really to from Writeups were the black-filler like his Wealth rating and what advantages I should grant him. They gave him some Drawbacks, but they seemed superfluous to me, so I left them off. (Minor Irrational Attraction to flamboyant crimes?! He's a SIVLER AGE COMIC BOOK VILLAIN, what would you excpect?! No need to actually WRITE THAT UP.) Lol

Also, Lol... No source I found had stats on his "Cutting Green Lantern In Half" gadget shown on the cover of his first appearance:
