Ed's Notes: Wait... So the guy's superpower is that he DRIVES A STEAM ROLLER?! I know people who drive steamrollers! Can they be "super villains" too?! LMFAO, OMG... These guy's are ridiculous. And BTW... Where the other members of the team have former occupations that make SOME sense (but not really) how the fuck do Motorcycle Stunt Driving skills make you better at driving a STEAMROLLER?! I mean... Compared to flying through the air, at high speed, doing flips and shit... How is he anything but BORED driving a damned STEAMROLLER?! Another funny thing of note... All of their stuff is yellow - so it could harm Green Lantern, of course - but their CLOTHES are not! So... OK, I can't destroy your Steamroller, but I (if I'm Green Lantern) can still knock your ass right off it, and into the Pacific Ocean, without breaking a sweat!

Ed's Notes: At first I thought that EV 10 was excessive, but this keeps him in line with the other members of the team, and Jackhammer DO make should work of brick walls (Body: 8) so... yeah, it's fine

I was going to leave a joke on his Alter Ego line above, listing it as "Jack Hammer (probably)" of something like that. But I can't because there happens to be an entirely different DC Character, a Superman villain, that goes by "Jackhammer" who's real name is "Jackson Hammersmith," I shit you not. Lol. So... Yeah, might get around to doing HIM up eventually as well!

Ed's Notes: At first I thought that EV 10 was excessive, but there he is DEMOLISHING a brick wall with his head, so... Yeah, EV 10 it is! Note that his AV in combat would be 5, and I wouldn't count this as "unskilled" Weaponry usage, not do I think he NEEDS the Weaponry Skill here. A headbutt is a standard hand-to-hand maneuver and I don't think it would be made more difficult with a helmet on. EASIER, I would think!

(former) foe of: Ch'p

Ed's Notes: One of the least menacing (and therefore easiest to underestimate?) villains in all of the DC Universe. 1st Edition actually rating his Scientist and Gadgetry Skills at 20 AP's apiece. LOL... Yeah right! That puts him above BRAINIAC in those categories. So... No. I've lowered his scores there to be between Batman's and Lex Luthor's, and he's closer to Batman's. (Luthor had a Scientist: 25, and Brainiac a
Scientist: 30 in 1st Edition, so this keeps his roughly in line with were he I think he should be once scaled to 3rd Edition.)

The Sucker Stick was given no stats in the 1st Ed GL Sourcebook. So I have NO IDEA what it can do. Maybe he used his Gadgetry and Scientist Skills to put Powers on it? Bested on some reading I could see it having Bomb, Flash, Energy Blast, Lightning, Magnetic Control, and really the GM should have a bit of fun with this.

foe of: Green Lantern

Ed's Notes: This was a weird one. Ponder this... You're going try to pull a fast in the back yard of GREEN LANTERN - one of the most proficient users in history of one of the most powerful weapons in the universe - and your plan is to throw sticks at him? So... Seems dumb... Except that in the first edition, some of those "sticks" (javelins) had EV's in the 10-14 AP Range. Still no NEARLY enough to make a dent in Green Lantern, but several columns beyond what Heroes and Villains with similar shticks (not sticks) bring to the fight. SO I scaled them down a bit, to be more in line with what Green Arrow and Captain Boomerang have, weapon wise; mostly EV's and Powers in the 7-8 column. That makes this write-up make more sense, stat-wise, but we're back to his planning to take on Green Lantern by throwing stick at him.

Ed's Notes: An one-time girlfriend of Guy Gardner, followed by being a
one-time girlfriend of Hal Jordan when she thought Gardner was dead... (didn't see the truth of THAT, huh? Didn't see him coming back?) Then she left Hal when he came back, but Gardner was never the same, so... Ended up with neither. (Short version. Lol) Madame Xanadu she's not, but could be an interesting conflicted ally for a PC group with a Green Lantern in it.

One weird thing... And I talked about this a bit in the Aquagirl entry as well... I swear... Almost more than any other character I can think of, no two artists could seem to agree on what she actually looked like. Because, above she seems... Well... Normal. An average, even nominally attractive looking woman for a supporting cast member.

She's also been drawn really cute:

But then, also like this...

and...
YEESH!

So what's the deal? Can some artists just not draw exotic or something? Not to be shallow, I truly do believe that all women are beautiful, but does that last picture look like someone a dude-bro like Guy Gardner would date?!
