Ed's Notes: After the end of the Shazam! film, there was NO WAY I wasn't going to include this guy! I solicited some advice on the Stat's for him on Facebook. I got some good feedback, but it turns out that Edek Kowalewski has already done a damned solid Blood-of-heroes-style write-up over on his blog. (Which is in Portuguese, but Google translates it pretty cleanly.) So I gave it the same treatment I give Writeups.org entries and about the only substantive difference is that I added the Telepathy Power. I have read multiple sources describing him as "The most powerful telepath on Earth" (though presumably Brainiac was in space when that was written) so it seemed appropriate.
