Ed's Notes: This Character is essentially the comic-book equivalent of Antiope from the Wonder Woman film. No idea why they decided the character needed a race lift but whatev. Both versions are cool. (Antiope DOES appear in the comics, BTW, but she is not depicted as she is in the movie, nor does she fill the same role. Philippus, OTOH, is and does.) I had to scale her up considerably from her 1st edition Write-up. While the overall structure is there, the stats are basically entirely different. DCH scaled up the Amazons in 3rd Edition, which left their Captain's stats well below average. Now, she exceeds them by about 1 AP's on average. I did not do MORE because I didn't feel she should exceed Queen Hippolyta, particularly in her Mental and Mystical Attributes. This all puts her between the average Warrior and the Queen.
