Ed's Notes: The information included ion the 2995 LoS Sourcebook on the Emerald Eye was a bit... limited. So if you want a little more information that you could use in a game, I've linked it to the entry form the 3rd Edition Who's Who.

Skills:
Martial Artist: 8
Thief: 7

Advantages: Connections: Underworld (High), Fatal Five (High), Legion of Super-Heroes (Low); Lightning Reflexes

Drawbacks: Minor Rage

Alter Ego: Nyuen Chun Ti
Motivation: Mercenary
Occupation: Mercenary
Wealth: 9

Equipment:
Atomic Axe [Body: 18, EV: 20, Energy Absorption: 20] Limitation: To use Energy Absorption in Combat, must make an Action Check using Weaponry as AV and Energy Absorption as EV against an OV/RV equal to the AV/EV of the Energy Attack. RAP's indicate that the attach is intercepted. Resolve the Attack normally and reduce the RAP's by 20.

BATTLE ARMOR [Body: 15] Note: At the present time, this Armor is rarely worn.

Source: Who's Who, 3rd Edition; 2995 Legion of Superheroes Sourcebook, page 90
foe of: Legion of Superheores

Ed's Notes: There are, I believe a couple of errors in his Who's Who entry.  The Note on the Axe's Energy Absorption Power ends with "reduce the RAP's by 25." But the Power is Rated at 20. So one of these has to be wrong. I'm going to assume the NOTE is the one in error. Also, his Battle Armor's Body was not italicized. And... That's not how Armor works. So I'm italicizing it. (Ed Note #2: The 2995 LoS Sourcebook contains identical information, the only difference being the omission of the LoS Connection. But I stand by my earlier conclusions that these are in error.)

For a dude with no powers, a Physical AV/EV of 12/20 and OV/RV of 8/15 is pretty badass. Pretty cool lancer for the Fatal Five.
