In Maggie Sawyer's I ask if it was worse to be a cop in Gotham or Metropolis. Terrible Turpin is a cop that brings a bit of Gotham TO Metropolis.

Ed's Notes: I like how they're using him as kind of a Commissioner Gordon-type  character in Black Lightning. Nice touch.  I wish the game (and the comics!) would flash out more of the recurring police officers. Batman and Superman each have a few, but very few others.
