Ed's Notes: As cool as his original role as Darkseid chief propagandist / evangelist was, I REALLY like how he's been more recently re-imagined (in Legends) on Earth as Hero-hating, Shock-Jock. The other role, and the one I would use him in would be that of the world's premier defense lawyer for Super-villains. Between him and the Suicide Squad, basically NOBODY would ever STAY in jail, even if the jails i the DCU weren't made of cardboard. Lol.
