Ed's Notes: The JL Sourcebook lists his Connection as Justice Legaue International, vs. the B/R Book, which lists Justice League Europe. I lump ALL non-American Justice Leagues into "International" so we're going with that one.  The JL sourcebook also omits the Limitation on his power.  As I recall him having it, I'm leaving it in, but... A thought... For as much shit as Aquaman gets for being "useless" WTF is up with this guy?! If he's more than a quarter-mile from the City Zoo, he's basically just a guy.  A handful of high level street-toughs wouldn't have too much trouble taking him out. Also, why "Secret Identity?"
