Ed's Notes: I would change his JLA Connection to (High). The 2nd Edition character is only a little but different, with the Justice League Sourcebook reference different times in his career (when he had Weaponry of 13, and Wealth as high as 12,) and the Background Roster Book dropping all of his Connections expect to Black Canary. But the MAIN difference is the inclusion of all of his trick arrows. Which I would also include in game play:

Also... Notice the lack of a Gadgetry Skill?  His Weaponry Skill would all him to repair his bow, and perhaps replenish, normal Arrows.  But how would he go about replacing the trick ones without the Gadgetry Skill?  If the rating of 12 seems to high to use for the Gadgetry Attempt, you might give him:

...based on most of the Arrows having powers of 8. But adjust as desired. (I considered a rating of 6, but figured he's burning enough hero points already. OR, make it 6 or lower, but give him the Advantage: Scholar (Trick Arrow Construction)? Lol. I don't know. Just seems like an oversight to me.
