Ring loses 1 AP of Force Manipulation and Omni-Power for each AP of Skin Armor activated. Ring is useless against anything colored yellow. Ring must be recharged every 24 hours using the Power battery. The Ring's Body is only 6 when not being worn.

Ed's Notes: Did I say Snapper Carr was the Jar-Jar Binks of the DC Universe? I take it back.  2nd Edition omits his Connection to the Green Lantern Corps, something 3rd Edition neglected to give anyone else.  It also lists his motivation as "Responsibility of... Huh?"
