Ed's Notes: Ugh. You know, as a HUGE fan of Batman, I would LOVE to tell you that these two are the worst, the dumbest Batman Villains around. Sadly... It's not even close. But these two still suck pretty hard. They rent out to other villains as well, so I'm not sure why the Joker is listed here specifically. In the 2nd Edition (Batman Sourcebook) the twins are included in a mini-adventure, where they are suspected to be working with Two-Face (who regularly uses twins,) and it seems like they'd make a natural pair (trio?) with the Mad Hatter.  Speaking of second edition... It leaves off the Psychological Instability, the Joker Connection and the Canes. It also includes:

Limitations: Actor skill can only be used to convince people that they are one person.

...because WHAT FUN! Lol. It also lists their motivation(s) as "Trill of Adventure" due to their role in that story, I assume, and gives them a couple Scenario-specific side kicks that I'm not including here. But other than those relative cosmetic changes, they are the same.

It should go without saying that the have the same stats as each other as well, hence the single entry.
