MAN-BAT SERUM [Body: 1, Shape Change: 17] Limitation: Shape Change can only be used to turn into a Man-Bat-like creature. Once transformed, the user must be given a special antidote [Neutralize: 25, Usable only on the Man-Bat serum] known only to Lanrstrom and Batman. Langstrom must take this every day to avoid changing bat into Man-Bat form.

Ed's Notes: Ah, good old Kirk Langstrom. It's been a while since I've done a Batman villain. A really LONG while, it seems! Nice to get back to the classics every now and then.  This guy is one of the more often forgotten among the major, recurring Batman villains. And his treatment here is a bit of an upgrade from the 2nd edition, as is Langstrom's. This can be a fun Jekyll-and-Hyde character, especially if Langstrom can be established earlier as a recurring helper to the PC's, and they don't already know he's Man-Bat.
