Motivation: Seeking Justice
Occupation: Earth's Water Elemental
Wealth: n/a

Ed's Notes: Another of the four Elemental of planet Earth.  Like the other, arguably too powerful to be used as a PC in anything less than a God-like powered campaign.  At full Growth and Dispersal, she defends with an 16/30 (16/48 if she also uses Water Control for defense) and can attacks with an 18/18, (12/18
if she's using Water Control for defense, as previously suggested.) A potential RV of 48?!  AND the ability to instantly heal all damage simply by using Spirit Travel?  Yeeeeeah.... This is well into "indestructible NPC only" territory for sure. Lol.

First Appearance: Firestorm Vol 2 #90 (October, 1989)
