Bonuses: Miscellaneous: Doesn't leave a physical body behind when using Spirit Travel. Instead, she can move her consciousness into any body of water within range, no matter how large or small - from an ocean to a drop. When she forms a new body using Spirit Travel, her Current Body condition is instantly restored to full value.
Limitations: Miscellaneous: Force Manipulation represent her ability to shape water into solid objects, and thus cannot be used to form complex objects, with moving parts; Miscellaneous: Naiad's Powers have no direct effect on other Elementals.
Advantages: Scholar (ecology, oceanology)
Drawbacks: Loss Vulnerability: When inhabiting waters which are highly polluted, she is weakened. Subtract 4 AP's from her Str and all Powers; Serious Irrational Attraction to punishing polluters.
Alter Ego: Mia Miyazaki
Motivation: Seeking Justice
Occupation: Earth's Water Elemental
Wealth: n/a
Source: Who's Who, 3rd Edition
Ed's Notes: Another of the four Elemental of planet Earth. Like the other, arguably too powerful to be used as a PC in anything less than a God-like powered campaign. At full Growth and Dispersal, she defends with an 16/30 (16/48 if she also uses Water Control for defense) and can attacks with an 18/18, (12/18 if she's using Water Control for defense, as previously suggested.) A potential RV of 48?! AND the ability to instantly heal all damage simply by using Spirit Travel? Yeeeeeah.... This is well into "indestructible NPC only" territory for sure. Lol.
