Ed's Notes: I've said before that I'm not a fan of the "Hawkman III" version of the character.  And that said, the Equipment could be adapted and made common with the "Hawkman II" version, if you prefer to play with THAT version. (Which I would. lol)  2nd Edition (Atlas of the DC Universe) does this, by giving them Hawkman's powers and statting the equipment closer to Hawkman II's.  In fact... Screw it, I'm including the 2nd Edition version here as well.
