Ed's Notes: Yay!!! Sorry... I've been looking forward to this one for a while. He's originally a Batman "villain," but has tangled with the Golden Age Green Lantern, Hawkman and others.  Not sure what kind of caper he's actually capable of pulling off? Seeing as how he's in a permanent state of immateriality. Lol. But he's a DC classic, and I'm so psyched to finally have him statted out.

  1. He appeared in a New 52 Savage Hawkman issue where he raised a bunch of zombies and Hawkman and Static had to team up to stop them. I would say he would be good for just about any adventure with magic, undead or ghosts. He might not be able to touch anything but that means the heroes can't touch him and he can act through servants (like the zombies).

    Might be a good way to do a team up with Constantine or Zatanna or someone like that.
