Ed's Notes: Ok, so... I took some liberties with this entry. And I may need to update it at some point, but if I were making this character, for MY OWN in-game universe, this IS how I would do it. Everything about her character, aside from her gear, is taken directly from the Writeups entry. And while some stats are low, that's fine, its' realistic for who she is. (Although the Writeups entry does concede that it's essentially a "Year One" style entry, but they've never created on ethat represents her later in her career, so I'll use this as a high-potential starting pint for prospective PC's.)
The GEAR I took from the existing entries from the Characters who'd previously possess it, namely the Star Spangled Kid for the Cosmic Converter Belt and Starman for the Cosmic Rod. Story-wise, it is my understanding that this is where she got this gear form, so it makes sense to me to keep the same stats. Of course... Some will argue that the newer comic showed these Powers differently. And... That's fine. In that case, maybe the Writeups entry is better / more accurate and you'll want to use that. And, again, that's fine. The way MY entry works out... She actually has slightly better attacks, using the Cosmic Rod's various Powers as AV/EV, but is a bit more vulnerable due to her low Dex/Body, even though she benefits from the Cosmic Rod's Skin Armor and the Cosmic Converter Belt's Force Field. But if anything gets past that RV of 12, she's pretty much done.
BTW... She's Patrick Dugan's (S.T.R.I.P.E.'s) stepdaughter. So... Worst. (Best?) Stepfather. Ever! Lol
