Ed's Notes: Ok, so... I took some liberties with this entry.  And I may need to update it at some point, but if I were making this character, for MY OWN in-game universe, this IS how I would do it.  Everything about her character, aside from her gear, is taken directly from the Writeups entry. And while some stats are low, that's fine, its' realistic for who she is. (Although the Writeups entry does concede that it's essentially a "Year One" style entry, but they've never created on ethat represents her later in her career, so I'll use this as a high-potential starting pint for prospective PC's.)

The GEAR I took from the existing entries from the Characters who'd previously possess it, namely the Star Spangled Kid for the Cosmic Converter Belt and Starman for the Cosmic Rod. Story-wise, it is my understanding that this is where she got this gear form, so it makes sense to me to keep the same stats. Of course... Some will argue that the newer comic showed these Powers differently.  And... That's fine. In that case, maybe the Writeups entry is better / more accurate and you'll want to use that. And, again, that's fine. The way MY entry works out... She actually has slightly better attacks, using the Cosmic Rod's various Powers as AV/EV, but is a bit more vulnerable due to her low Dex/Body, even though she benefits from the Cosmic Rod's Skin Armor and the Cosmic Converter Belt's Force Field. But if anything gets past that RV of 12, she's pretty much done.

BTW... She's Patrick Dugan's (S.T.R.I.P.E.'s) stepdaughter. So... Worst. (Best?) Stepfather. Ever! Lol

Ed's Notes: This was a complicated entry to do and get right. (Assuming I got it right.) I used a LOT of the info from Writeups, doing my usual thing of translating it to from BoH to DCH and lopping off any of those minor details that Writeups insists on always including, but which would barely ever affect gameplay. (Water Blast: 1, representing the automatic cleaning mechanism for the optical lenses on the armor?! SERIOUSLY?!) It still ends up more complex than most DCH Powered Armor Charaters, with the multiple Ranges and Ammo ratings, but I think it workable.  The other issue that that Wrietups didn't seem to take The WaW Sourcebook's entry for STRIPESY into account. Ignoring the passage of time for the moment, this is the same Pat Dugan who fought alongside the Star Spangled Kid as "Striepsy," back in WWII. So while I let his Physical Stats degrade, due to age, I used his Mental and Mystical stats, whenever they were greater, as these things would not necessarily degrade over time.  I also had to play around with the Skills; unlinking some, changing others, adding in and taking out as it made sense. But after a bit of massaging of the two entries, I think it ended up looking pretty workable. FInally, I gave ihis the Genius Advantage. He didn't have it as Stripesy, and it's not really something that people should be able to develop over time, but there's really no way he can make the armor without it.
