Ed's Notes: This is a newer (not WWII-era) version of the second Manhunter that was cloned by the Council, then defected, and was then hunted by more clones of himself. A little more interesting than the original, though with a very ridiculous looking vintage 1970's era style costume. Since the In Hot Pursuit module contained stats on his clones, I figured I could use that entry, combined with the original entry form the WaW Sourcebook, to create this version. Basically? He gets the better of everything, stat-wise between the WaW and entry and the IHP entry. The result is a pretty cool assassin, post heel-face turn.
