Ed's Notes: For some reason the Who's Who page leaves off his Invulnerability Power. It's in the 3rd Edition Rulebook, so I've included it here. I would change his connection to:
Advantages: Connection: Justice League of America (High)
And in some comic-book stories, he has been shown to have "Eye Beams." If you want to induce this power, you can add:
Powers:
Optic Blast: 12
...and treat it the same as the Energy Blast power. This gives him a good mid-range physical attack option, as his punch (7/18) has a low AV against many, higher-powered opponents.

It always bothers me that even though we see it in various mediums, he doesn't have shape change
ReplyDeleteOh, really? Huh. I'm not sure I've ever seen that. Chameleon, obviously, but not Shape Change. But then... This isn't a character I've read as much of as some others. But even in what little I've seen, he's used "eye beams" in both the Silver Age, the Modern Age, the Future, and as Bloodwynd, when he was stuck in that form for a while. And NO VERSION of the game ever acknowledged that.
