Ed's Notes:  This is a character with a lot of variety in how he can use his powers, and a decent backstory. In the hands of a imaginative player, he could be brilliantly frustrating. But in the hands of an unimaginative basher could just as easily end up being boring.  2nd Edition gives him the Secret Identity Drawback and for some reason leaves off his Connection to the Outsiders. Also... Um... What kind of Occupation is "Element Man?!"

  1. Should have Limitation: Molecular Chameleon limited to elements naturally occurring in the human body. (which is still a surprisingly large number).
