Ed's Notes: 2nd Edition version is complete weaksauce, and totally inconsistent with his appearance in "10 Nights of the Beast," back in 1988. THIS version can stand toe-to-toe with Batman and give the Dark Knight a run for his money. He is one of the premier assassins in the DCU. Only one problem... How to work him into a game almost 30 years after the KGB had disbanded.
AWESOME COSTUME POWERS EVERYTHING BUT NAME--BETTER NAME WOULD BE KID KGB OR JUST COSSACK
