Bonuses: Powers increase exponentially when wearing the Cosmic Converter Belt; Str is not reduced when he used Dispersal; Self-Link (Fog) may cover an area in AP's equal to the number of AP's of Growth active; Invisibility is usable on others: Can make up to 7 Characters invisible within Normal Range. They satay invisible until he chooses to make the visible or they move farther than 7 AP's away from him.
Limitations: Power Restriction: Dispersal, Flight and Growth may only be used when Self-Link (Fog) is active; Dispersal may not be used to pass through solid objects, unless there are cracks of holes to flow through; All improved Powers, Attributes and Advantages are gained through the Cosmic Converter Belt. Without it, he reverts back to his Mist form.
Advantages: Lightning Reflexes
Drawbacks: Age (old); Minor Psychological Instability: Became intoxicated with his new powers when he put on the Cosmic Converter Belt
Alter Ego: Andy Murphy (alias), Mist
Motivation: Power Lust
Occupation: Would-Be Conqueror
Wealth: 7
Equipment:
Cosmic Converter Belt [Body: 10, Energy Absorption: 13] Limitation: Energy Absorption only works on Solar Energy. Note: If dispersed, getting the belt back require use of Matter Manipulation, Magnetic Control or Starman's Cosmic Rod (AV/EV of 13/13 for the Rod, of the AP's of Power being used.) OV/RV is the AP's of Dispersal activated, and is Strenuous, adding a +3 CS penalty to the OV/RV.

foe of: Starman
Ed's Notes: He wants to conquer the world through the power of FOG?! O...kay. The Who's Who doesn't include his Flight Power, except as The Mist. But the Limitation mentions it, so I am assuming it's in error and have included it.
