Ed's Notes: Modeled after the OG, Count Vlad "the Impaler" Dracula, I... Vampire is a vampire done RIGHT. No fucking sparkles. And even though he still kinds of turns into tissue paper against whittled pieces of wood... He'll get better. This guy is bad ass.
The BG/R Book omits his Self-Link (Fog) and Dispersal Powers, his Guilt and Irration Fear of Garlic Drawbacks and adds a Fatal Vulnerability Drawback to being immersed in running water.
The Who's Who also stats out his Bat and Wolf Forms, which include the 10 AP's of enhancement from him Shape Change Power, but were missing a few details, which I've added (unenhanced) from the 3rd Edition Rulebook, pages 172-174:
[Dex: 6, Str: 1, Body: 2]
Powers: Flight: 5, Radar Sense (or Sonar): 6, Shrinking: 7
[Dex: 4, Str: 2, Body: 4]
