Justice League Dark

The following Characters have at one point or another been associated with the Justice League Dark:

Batman
Black Orchid
Deadman
Detective Chimp
Doctor Mist
Frankenstein
I... Vampire
Jason Blood / Etrigan
John Constantine
Kirk Langstrom / Man-Bat
Madame Xanadu
Mindwarp
Nightmare Nurse
Pandora
Phantom Stranger
Princess Amaya of House Amethyst
Shade, the Changing Man
Swamp Thing
Timothy Hunter

Ed's Notes: Correct me if I'm wrong, but I find it odd that, in spite of other media using at least some of them, the comics seemingly have yet included Doctor Fate, Doctor Occult, Jim Corrigan (Spectre), Kid Eternity, Mister E, Sargon or Zatara on the team at some point. (I guess Death and Sandman would be too powerful, but, come on... the Phantom Stranger?!)

Swamp Thing's Rogues Gallery

Ed's Notes: Wow. I really thought "Vampire Queen" was going to be more sexy. No so... Momma June lookin'. Lol. The ST Sourcebook incorrectly lists her Initiative as 19. I've shown the correct value here.

Ed's Notes: Modeled after the OG, Count Vlad "the Impaler" Dracula, I... Vampire is a vampire done RIGHT. No fucking sparkles. And even though he still kinds of turns into tissue paper against whittled pieces of wood... He'll get better. This guy is bad ass.

The BG/R Book omits his Self-Link (Fog) and Dispersal Powers, his Guilt and Irration Fear of Garlic Drawbacks and adds a Fatal Vulnerability Drawback to being immersed in running water.

The Who's Who also stats out his Bat and Wolf Forms, which include the 10 AP's of  enhancement from him Shape Change Power, but were missing a few details, which I've added (unenhanced) from the 3rd Edition Rulebook, pages 172-174:

Bat Form
[Dex: 6, Str: 1, Body: 2]
Powers: Flight: 5, Radar Sense (or Sonar): 6, Shrinking: 7

Wolf Form
[Dex: 4, Str: 2, Body: 4]
Powers: Analytical Smell/Tracking Scent: 9, Claws: 4, Extended Hearing: 4, Running: 4, Super Hearing: 3
Skills: Thief (Stealth): 4

First Appearance: House of Mystery #290 (March, 1981)
